A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Petra Maria Seidl, trading as "Meravie", Postfach 11 03, 83065 Stephanskirchen, Germany, E-mail: support@meravie.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract.
You can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of a European Union member state at the time of concluding the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of concluding the contract.

General notes
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
